The Montague Curling Rink is seeking Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for Lease/ Rental
agreements to operate kitchen facilities. The Curling Rink has recently completed kitchen
renovations including the installation all new commercial appliances.
RFPs are welcome for operation of kitchen facilities for the following Categories:

1) the curling season from October -April for Curling Bonspiels, events and weekly League
play
2) Year-round catering for Private parties, small weddings, Christmas Parties etc. up to 165
persons held on the Main floor of the facility.
3) Summer-time catering for larger events such as Dinners, Weddings etc. up to 350
persons held on the ice surface area.

Applicants may submit a RFP for: Item 1 only, Items 1 and 2 or Items 1,2 and 3. Proposals
should include a resume of experience in the food service industry and any Food service
qualifications. Term length may be submitted with the RFP but is not required. Final term length
will be agreed to by the applicant and the Curling Rink.

February 20, 2026. RFPs may be dropped off at the Curling Rink during regular business hours
